Welcome to Pure Swing, an app designed to help you improve your golf swing. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Use of the Pure Swing (the "App") is void where prohibited. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Intellectual Property: The App and its entire contents, features and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitations on Use: You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations (for example, federal, state, local, and provincial) applicable to your use of the App and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws.

User Conduct: You agree to not use the App to upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or "spam" messages. You also agree not to use the App to transmit any worm, virus, or any other code of a destructive nature. You may not use the App to impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Feedback and Submissions: By providing us with feedback, suggestions, or other submissions, you agree that we may use and share such feedback, suggestions, or other submissions for any purpose without any compensation to you.

Disclaimers: The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and there may be delays, omissions, interruptions, and inaccuracies in the information or other materials available through the App.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed and be interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.
